Stay the fuck off!!!!

So what if I put up a lot of weight?!!! It’s not your money that’s feeding me!!! It’s my body, not yours! Why did you even care how I looked like? You all think you’re so perfect that you can mock others? It’s not like I’m going to be obese or anything that I couldn’t even get up from bed. It’s not like I’m going to finish all the food on the table. It’s not like I’m always going out to restaurants and order everything on the menu. It’s not like I have increased more than triple my body size before. So why do you all fucking care how fat I am. Is it your number one list of things to do for the day… (No.1: Measure how fat she has gone to.)

Why do you all bloody fucking care that I’m fat?!!!! Is it a crime for being happy as I am.. even my gynaecologist weren’t as worried as you all were. You’re even saying those things to me as if I would endanger myself and might kill me for weighing a fucking 62kg. So what the fuck is wrong with me being like this.

Happy 1st Anniversary...

Wow! Can you believe that it has been a year that I got married. Our anniversary celebration was just a small occasion among the two of us only. I had work from morning to late afternoon on Saturday (08/11/08). So hubby decided to celebrate in the evening. His first surprise was taking me for a dinner @ Matadoe. Though we were both still full from the late lunch that afternoon, we still ordered the Beef Steak. Hubby finished most of the steak (not really a big fan of steak...) I personally ordered caramel custard as a dessert... Man! It was sure delish...... would order it next time we stop by.

What was left of the steak...

Yummy...

After the dinner, we still got time to kill. So we lazed on the couch watching Arsenal beating the crap out of Man U (1st half of the game), not that we were big fans of football, the maitre' de happened to switch on to that channel. Our evening date ended with a late movie of the new James Bond movie, Quantum of Solace.

I thanked my hubby for the sweet night out on our anniversary :) and was sorry I had to work the next day (our actual date for wedding anniversary). Love him to bits....

1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cocoa powder

Wet ingredients:
1 ½ cups of vegetable oil

1 cup buttermilk **
2 large eggs

2) After it mixes well, turn up the speed more and add the icing sugar gradually.
3) Add vanilla extract, mix more and then they are ready to be put into a piping bag.
4) Decorate as you like it.... :)

Red Velvet Cupcakes...

Oh! So tired!!! I have just spent the entire afternoon baking a batch of cupcakes. This is a second recipe I tried (the first one is courtesy of Nigella Lawson's). I was browsing through anakbrunei's blog when I came across the gorgeous red cupcakes with cream cheese frosting on top. It looked so intriguing that I flew through the net to get the recipe. Found one from YouTube with some demos as well. My cupcakes were a success...the cream cheese was absolutely delish!!! The cuppies made a huge hit with my brothers hehehe.... I got some pics of it but I haven't got the 'rajin'~ness to transfer them to my computer. Well, if you're wondering how it looks like, here's a hint of how it looked...mine was not as perfect as the one in the pic... will give the recipes in the next post..so watch this space....

Taken during Majlis Doa Selamat for my nephews (30th July 2008)

It has been a while since my last post... hehehe.. talk about busy...I rarely go online these days... Anyway...my 2nd sister delivered a baby boy on the 27th of May 2008 weighing 3.5kg. His name is Mohd Waie Asyran....a new addition to the family.. he is just so cute and cuddly...rarely cries (except when he's hungry, pee-ed, poo-ed or need some cuddling) and most of all... he smiles a lot.
